Victoria Moore

Victoria is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She helps adults and adolescents create lasting change without restrictions, shame, or doubt. With a background in psychology, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care, Victoria uses mindfulness-based approaches and research-backed techniques to help her clients achieve their life and wellness goals. As a coach and instructor, she explores nutrition, stress, physical activity, relationships, work/life balance, energy, productivity, coping skills, spirituality, life-purpose, self-care, restoration, and more. Her empathetic yet active style is effective in helping her clients connect with their innate wisdom, integrate knowledge into action, and create transformative and sustainable change at a pace that works for them. With personal experience in healing from bulimia nervosa, major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, hallucinogen-persisting perception disorder, substance-induced anxiety disorder, and intimate partner violence, Victoria understands how difficult it is, and what is necessary, to create genuine behavior change. 8 years of hard work & manifestation later, Victoria is stable, out of the service industry, & living her Ikigai.
