Yoga Instruction
Yoga is an ancient practice that has evolved to combine physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve health and balance the mind and body. It is known to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, posture, and body awareness, as well as relieve stress, sleep problems, and cravings. Shuffle Dance Instruction
Shuffle dance is a form of expressive dance consisting of heel-and-toe movements that requires skill and attention. Shuffling is a creative exercise endorsed by our team for its impact on physical health, mindfulness, and stress reduction. It is often practiced with electronic dance music, but your coach can tailor it to whatever genre and style you connect with most.
